Production on Trophy.com orders can take from 3-5 business days depending upon the size of your order. If your order contains a logo, production takes place after approval of the logo and receipt of your artwork in an acceptable graphic format. Delivery time is determined by the shipping method you select during checkout.

Need it faster? We offer Expedited Service for an additional charge based on a percentage of the order total and how soon you need it. Please call 1-866-259-2364 if you require an expedited order. Because your expedited order is urgent, please sign and return the proof as soon as possible. We will begin production on your order only upon receipt of your signed proof approval. And because we know you want your order in a hurry, your order will be shipped UPS overnight.

What forms of artwork are acceptable?
You can email us your artwork in vector format at
art@trophy.com.
If you do not have your text/logo in vector format, or if you are unable to properly convert your logo/text to vector format, we can vectorize your artwork for $25 per
logo. Please note: there will be a 72-hour delay in production time for this conversion. With our in-house digitizing of artwork, all we need is your business card or stationary to ensure quality artwork on your product. You can get your artwork to us three different ways. You can mail it to Trophy .com Attn: 1040 Holland Drive Boca Raton, Florida 33487. Electronic formats can be emailed to
art@trophy.com. Or fax your artwork to 1-561-998-7716. Please be sure to include your name and order number on the disk or artwork being sent or in the email subject line.

How do I order more than one of the same award?
When you've selected the item you want to customize, you will be asked to specify how many versions you want to order, and to indicate whether personalization is the same or unique for all items. We'll take you through each step, personalizing each item, until you have exactly what you want and your purchase is complete.

How do I upload my company logo to use on an award?
During the personalization process, simply send us a copy of your logo for imprint on your award. On imprinted items there is an initial one-time logo set-up fee of $75 per color for most logos and artwork. However, once your logo/artwork is set up, you will only be charged a $45 setup fee per per location. Additional charges may apply for multiple logos or multiple locations. If you have
